Dr. Sheila Nair-Doyle, DOM

I started sessions with Sheila in January at which time I was suffering from extreme middle and lower backpain. I had major surgery 18 years ago which was successful, but I didn't want to go thru it again. Sheila's treatments have given me wonderful relief to the pain. It was slow at first, but the repetitive nature (usually twice a week) of the sessions with her have given me a new lease on life. I am a life long athlete and couldn't do much for about 8 months. I started to see Sheila back in May 2019 after my 3rd cancer surgery in 3 years, 2 thyroid cancer and 1 lypo-sarcoma. 2 surgeries were 6 months apart. I had a hard time recovering from my lypo-sarcoma surgery, then I had a 2nd surgery. I was feeling a bit defeated, tired and in a lot of pain. I decided to try something new instead of taking too many pain medications. I came for 4 weeks straight 2 times a week and right away, I felt a lift in my spirit. Not only did the acupuncture treatments make me feel less pain and less stress, Sheila was warm and friendly. She has a wonderful bedside manner, she is caring, easy to talk to and mostly makes you feel comfortable. She truly cares for her patients. After 6 weeks of 2 times a week, we have been able to reduce to once a week and I am still getting the same effects. Thank you Sheila for giving me some of my Normal back.
