Not Helpful
Very Dissatisfied. Felt that she was bored and very uninterested in listening/helping me. Never asked questions or gave any suggestions that would be remotely helpful to my situation or feelings. I was there for guidance and all I got was a blank stare for 45 minutes. Always rushed appointment, they NEVER went the full hour. Felt like a number and was only there so she could collect a paycheck. Sooooo very sad to have wasted my time. I hope this review helps others think twice about going here.

Helped me in identifying my triggers and stresses in dealing with the loss of my mother and my self journey in finding my place in the LGBT community. If she didn't know how to help or what to say, she'd tell me instead of giving me false info. She would always come back our next session with something relating back to it.
