She was not only unhelpful but actually really damaging for my treatment. She sent me to the emergency room for no reason. The emergency room discharged me soon after. I went back to her and told her what they told me which was that there was no reason for my going to the emergency room. She gives me the impression that the only thing she cares about is herself and protecting herself from liabilities. She probably doesn't remember me but I remember how I was unable to get treatment when I really needed it for a year after my meeting with her because I did not want to risk having the same experience.
