Sheena Eizmendiz, CHT

Ive worked with several different coaches, but none are like Sheena. She is a very no-nonsense kind of coach. She is there to teach you skills and give you tools so you can learn how to use them and create the life you want. No doubt in my mind, she is worth the investment.

Sheena is the BEST! I come to her every time I need support with my goals. She has helped me so much improve my self worth, I no longer feel depressed and I am more focused on my goals.

Sheena is extremely professional. She helped me with an exam I was taking for my college classes. She taught me how to focus more and feel more confident. She is amazing.

Sheena is amazing at what she does, she tells it how it is and doesn’t sugar coat anything which is important to me. I needed to hear the harsh truth. She worked with me and we were able to accomplish what we set out to do. I owe Sheena a lot! Many thanks to her and the work she does! I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.

Don't waste your money!! Sheena worked with my teenage son and cared more about getting paid then getting results. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not listen and and is a terrible communicator. She likes to push buttons and rubbed my family the wrong way. I would suggest not signing a contract but if you have to, sign a contract for a short amount of time to make sure you are getting results from her overpriced therapy. Any time I wanted to speak to her about progress with my son, she would require that we pay for a session with her. I didn't have experience with her corporate training. She was hired for hypnotherapy and was not able to achieve this with my son. We tried to cancel the therapy but she kept suggesting that we review the 4 month contract that we signed. In the end, she did cancel our agreement because I think she knew she couldn't help us.
