Dr. Lott is kind, caring, and considerate of his patients needs. He has called to check on me without my requesting him to do so. He is an excellent listener and provides quality feedback to questions and concerns. He makes himself available between appointments which is very important when dealing with a mentally ill patient. He does this without acting as though it is an imposition on his time. He is one of the best therapists I have ever had.
