Shawna Swinigan, PA-C

I’ve never had a provider spend more time discussing my care with me. I always feel included in making my health plans, and she goes out her way to research things she might not have immediate answers for. I would (and have) recommended her to my family and friends.

The MD who was in the practice left, shortly after I became a patient. Rather than switching again, I ended up staying, because the office was close to home. Is very personable, but hard to talk to as my son is disruptive when trying to get answers. Not as thorough as some docs are. Hard to get a late appt if you need one. So sometimes it takes several weeks to get in. Have had to go to Urgent Care a couple times, and have found some good specialists that way. Office staff is nice, professional. but don't always call back or leave messages with test results. I've had to get them from another doc. There is an online patient portal, but doesn't work the way it should and I can't access my child's info.

Shawna Swinigan is very professional with me everytime I see her for a visit. She explains everything very thoroughly and let's me comment and ask questions. I don't feel rushed by her in order for her to get to the next patient. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well and will try to answer questions that I may have. GREAT JOB!!!

Shawna is a great provider. She listens and is always very courteous and caring. I would and have recommended her to family and friends.

When I first started seeing Swinigan I was quite pleased with her and even recommended her to someone; however, over a period of time I noticed she listened less and less and I was becoming a "routine" patient and started to not feel the personal experience I had in the beginning. I would no longer recommend this P.A.

I am overly happy to have Shawna as my primary care physician! She listens first and has her patients well being as her first priority!!! If you need a PCP, Shawna is the best!!!!
