Shawna Siegfried, LLPC

Shawna is an amazing therapist. She has helped guide my children out of the lowest point of their lives; due to extreme domestic violence at the has hands of their father. She is an expert in the dynamics of domestic violence and has educated all of us on what it is, how to recognize it, and how to heal from it; all while their are still forced to maintain a relationship with their abusive father. Aside from dv, she has given my children so many tools in their toolbox that help them manage life in general. She is a blessing to our family.

I've been a patient/client for close to five years. My care started in the midst of a very bleak point for me. Not only has Shauna helped me through what felt like a hopeless time, I have chosen to maintain care with her to keep me well. When I can't articulate the issues, she helps me unpack what is going on in my head. Shauna offers a peaceful, judgment-free zone where people can take their therapy at the right pace for themselves. She likely helped save my life, and at minimum she has helped me make a brand new path for myself, one without constant anxiety.

Shawna takes sides in divorce and excludes the "other" parent from children's treatment. She also tries to discourage parents from following court orders regarding parenting time.
