Stay away. Went and saw him at the recommendation of my primary doctor (Who is with Banner) for a shoulder and knee problems. Then was lied to by everyone there at the office. They will only see you for one issue at a time and blame it on your insurance company. When really it is there policy. So after we discussed the issues I was having he recommended MIR. Only to be told that my insurance company would not allow and that we were to start with PT at home. after 6 weeks I went back still having issues and was told ok let do the MIR now. Again only to be told later that my insurance company was to blame. (Not the case) That PT treat in office was the next step. After 8 weeks of PT in office 2-3 time a week. Again the issues were bothering me, though improved a bit. I was was again told let do the MIR. while i was waiting for the MIR order. He let know that it had been scheduled no order was needed. (a Lie) the bedside manner and the overall experience was just unbelievable, the worst
