Shawn and his team were great. I have a high level of anxiety and a low level of pain tolerance. Shawn and his assistant literally helped me through it, gave me the time and space I needed. Gave me advice with confidence and respect vs. making me feel rushed. This has been the most pleasant WORST (no reflection toward this team) experience of my life
