She understands how every aspect of your body affects the others and could be an underlying problem! She knows the whole you and remembers from visit to visit what medications you are on and what tests she has given you and how you reacted to things!! She’s amazing! I feel like she truly cares and really loves what she is doing and wants to help you in every way!! I don’t always leave some of my other doctors with a satisfied feeling and I do Shauna! I had a question about something on my chart from my last visit. I called the office and left a message to have the nurse call me when possible. Shauna called me herself to help me, and she did! Plus, she is such a people person with a delightful, fun personality! I would recommend her to anyone! My husband and I wouldn’t give her up for anything!!

Shauna takes her time and LISTENS better than any physician I have ever seen. I know I am not a doctor and they know best but sometimes I have seen docs that don't hear all the info that I think might matter, or hear what I am worried about, and they tell me what treatment I must do and it leaves me wondering if they are missing something. Shauna takes her time, hears you out, and explains your heart to you and what's happening with it and makes sure you understand. She didn't make me feel dismissed at all or leave me wondering if some symptom was important and being missed. I feel confident we are watching the right things, doing the right treatments and that everything that needs monitored is being monitored with my health. And the office staff at the practice are also great, professional and on top of things.
