Apathetic and Inconsistent
Shauna is nice enough,but makes it quite apparent she does not genuinely care about you. She had canceled multiple telehealth appointments minutes prior to the start time. She didn't show up on time to an in person appointment,called and cursed,claiming it was a "misunderstanding" before showing up 20 minutes late and ending the appointment early. I'm grateful my mental health is good enough that I'm not experiencing extreme detriment from attempting to meet with an unreliable/seemingly unstable counselor.
