Was sent to hospital to get a CT scan, but the technician destroyed my veins on both arms and hand and after over an hour and a half I requested thane just not use the dye and do the scan without the dye. I had a very large raised hematoma on my arm and hand and just wanted to get it over with, but the tech refused to do it. I left Marcus Daly Hospital in tear and decided to stop by and show my arm/hands to Sean LaLonde who was my provider. There were no cars in the parking lot, no patients in the lobby, but I could hear him in the back. The front desk was very rude and wouldn’t even let me see him for 5 seconds to show him my butchery. They suggested that I make an appt. for the next week. In other words, it’s all about the almighty dollar. And they even lied about him not being there even after I heard him in the back talking. I called him later and left a message for him to call me, but he never did. No compassion here. Boy, times have changed. I was crying even. Buhbye yall!
