Front desk and MA were wondeful however the provider was a nightmare . When in room I could here her reprimending the staff saying she couldnt see me and that I was scheduled incorrectly . When provider finally came into room she seemed to be in a bad mood . Kept heavy sighing . Would interrupt me when explaining symptoms . I had asked for Birth control but said she couldnt prescribe me medication because she didnt know who I was . Understandable . Asked if I could get bloodwork done but said she didnt even know what to order . 3 days after appointment I got a notification from pharmacy saying she prescribed blood pressure medication even though I ve never been treated or diagnosed for hypertension . I called office to inform them of the mistake . Office claimed provider determined I had hypertension from "my bloodwork" but I never had bloodwork done . Very dangerous and neglegent .
