She is rude, uprofessional and thinks she knows better than anyone else (too full of herself). She thinks she knows all. She is unwilling to help or talk unless you come to office visit as she is all about money. She doesn't really understand my child or the bigger picture. She takes long vacations causing big lapses in therapy. She talks more than she listens.
