She made many assumptions that were not true, and lectured me without justification. She was very rude in some of her explanations. She was inflexible and did not treat me with respect and consideration. Of course she has the right to run her business however she wants - more power to her - I just choose not to be victims to her "know-it-all, my-way-or-the-highway" attitudes.
