Nonresponsive Care Providers
I'm new to Eastover. Prior to relocating here, I was accustomed to doctor's offices that always answer the phone, rather than a nurse practitioner group that doesn't usually answer the phone but instead sends me to voice messaging and never returns my calls regarding my requests for a speedy appointment. I just went through 2 weeks of self-medicating from a very concerning lung condition and difficulty breathing while the Eastover Simple Clinic neither answered nor returned my calls. I've thankfully recovered on my own, no thanks to Simple Clinic.

Wonderful Provider!
She LISTENS attentively to your needs. She doesn't "assume" anything, she runs the appropriate tests to determine/diagnose ailments. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She's awesome!

Do not waste your time going here. Go to a real Medical doctor. She is no MD and lacks professionalism and does not even acknowledge any past medical history or records. Very rude.
