The experience we had with this lady was terrible. The family members that received therapy with her decided to stop after seeing her maybe three to four times because they felt extremely uncomfortable. When I asked them why did they want to stop therapy, and both of them told me that Sharm was talking bad about me and that they felt that she did not like me and went even further to say that it seemed she hated me. A professional is not there to talk bad about other family members (especially when the person is not present) but to give advice and suggestions and maybe guide them in the correct path to find solutions to their concerns. Both of my family members also expressed that their concerns were not addressed. My emails were also never responded. Lastly, because I tried to cancel our last appointment, she spoke to me very disrespectful and I felt threatened by her anger. I regret having trusted this woman who pretends to be a professional therapist but it’s not.
