Sharain Stith, MS

She is an awesome, compassionate, engaging, professional, straight forward, kindhearted , and great listening kind of therapist. She has amazing techniques and methods to help me understand and navigate through difficult times and emotional things I kept bottled away. Talking with her about the deepest things in my life is super easy because I dont feel judged. I wish I found her sooner to save me years of going to the wrong therapist in my past which prolonged sorting through my traumas. I am so thankful I landed in her office because this was a hidden gem, and she is so great at what she does.

In the past I’ve tried counseling before and thought it wasn’t for me. I now realise that finding the right counsellor makes all the difference in the world! I went to see Sharain when I felt I was no longer able to cope and everything in my life was going wrong…. I cannot recommend Sharain enough!! I’ve already seen a change in my life since day one of sessions with her! I feel in control, grounded and confident… capable of moving forward in my life. My sessions with her have not only helped me gain clarity but a confidence that I didn’t even know existed!!
