Shara, or as I know her, Brooke, is very caring and always has a positive attitude. She makes sure that you understand what's going on with your body, the symptoms, what to expect, and how she's going to treat it. If she prescribes something, she explains why she chooses that medication and even explains any likely side effects and which side effects need immediately addressed. She's great with the portal and getting your questions answered; I've even been called a few times instead of just a reply back. Brooke will listen to you and make sure you know you're being heard. That alone is something hard to come by these days. I'm very thankful my coworkers advised me to go to Steeplechase for my PCP and them choosing Dr. Newbold for me.
