Condescending
Shannon assumes she knows as much as a doctor. She doesn't listen, ignores symptoms, and jumps to conclusions. The information she shares about tests is minimal. She is capable of prescribing an antibiotic and that's about all

I was told my ultrasound results had been in since Monday and I called Shannon every day even though she said she would call me, with no luck. My requested NIPT test kept getting pushed back for no reason even though it’s a simple bloodwork procedure and she was well aware I was a little over 11 weeks ( the recommended) for NIPT test. Maybe the issue was that I was not Covid vaccinated who knows. Do not recommend. I’m glad I switched Obgyn and was able to get the test I so much wanted.
