Shannon was very detailed and knowledgeable, she showed that she cared sincerely about my health and treating the problem at hand. Heidi Blanton NP and Shannon Shaffer PA are the sole reasons you will never lose me as a patient, for as long as they are there I will be too. Excellent care is a commodity overlook by many.
