My appointments with Shannon are always very positive. She always listens and addresses all my concerns. I have a number of conditions and she is very knowledgeable. In the rare event she feels it necessary to consult with Dr. Burke she does. Shannon's personality is pleasant and understanding.

Since I am someone who does not feel comfortable in Dr's offices, Shannon makes me feel very at ease. She takes her time with me and responds to my questions via the portal very promptly. My appointments are completed on time and the entire group is very kind.

It was an annual, a follow up, and employer requirements appointment. The secretary was personable, and speedy. the nurse was speedy and personable as well ( I have yet to meet a nurse I don't like there). The PA was kind, knowledgeable, listened, and it was nice my annual was with her with regard to follow up.

Shannon is so kind and caring! I look forward to my appointments because I feel so comfortable. She is encouraging and is as concerned about my health as I am. I would recommend her to anybody!! I'm so glad I chose this practice, the new office is beautiful and welcoming. The staff and nurses are also very kind - Molly Scibran.
