She was my counselor years ago and completely misdiagnosed me. I refuse to go back to the office because of the poor help I received from her.

Shannon is so understanding and non-judgmental, in the short time I worked with her (around 1.5 years) she is the only counselor I have worked with who has been able to challenge me but has been empathetic enough to understand me and hear my needs. I would recommend her to anyone!
