Shannon Craig, FNP

shannon craig is the worst health care provider i've ever seen. been seeing her for about two years. she won't give you the time of day as a patient, she doesn't seem to care what's going on or why you're there, very dismissive, full on doesn't even try to look into your health care concerns. the staff is extremely rude. i actually heard one staff member talking very negatively about me before he opened the door to my room, cussing and everything, as if i couldn't hear it. then he came in, complained that the doctor did not have time to fill out my paperwork, and said that he didn't have time to fax it either. he kept blaming me for her being behind (i only had contact with her for less than five minutes, and it was supposed to be a yearly physical, and my work requested she fill out a form and fax it to them). she didn't even complete the physical. i've had nothing but problems here and have received very poor quality health care. definitely looking for someone better, you should too
