I had visited several times regarding an issue with my back. At first she prescribed me steroids and sent me home. I had to make another appointment to even request further treatment! After 2 months of physical therapy I returned to her office on July 1st. She said she was putting in the request to my insurance for a prior authorization for an MRI which she failed to do until July 10th After I contacted her office! She then failed to send in the proper information regarding my case so the PA was denied! I tried to contact her for several weeks to no avail! This lead me to no other opinion other than unprofessional and excusable conduct!

Shanna Langford is the Best!
Dr. Langford always takes the best care of me when I am sick or just my overall health in general. She always makes sure I am up to date on all of my tests such as routine bloodwork and annual physicals. She also reminds me when I am due for vaccines. I would recommend her care for anyone who wants a thorough health assessment. She is fantastic.
