Shanna is so understanding and empathetic. She understands that I have several items to discuss and never rushes. She never ignores my worries, she knows my family medical history so she can tell me if we can work on preventing health issues that my family has. She is very knowledgeable and very honest. I feel very fortunate to have Shanna for my provider. I hope she continues long term.

Shanna always seems to have time to check in on how I am doing as a whole, not just my physical health. She does an excellent job helping me to feel seen and heard and known. She remembers me and details about my life, shows an interest in my future, and is overall very encouraging and kind. I feel I can trust her with my concerns because I know she will listen. I feel very comfortable asking questions or bringing up concerns because I know she cares about my holistic wellbeing. She is the best doctor I have ever had and I feel better about myself and my life after meeting with her.
