First off I have two medications I will have to take for the rest of my life and they never send in my refills unless I call them and it takes 1 or 2 days to get a refill . Often they will say I need to make an appointment and take off work just to get a refill , but the straw that broke the camel's back was the last time I went to their office , afterward I started getting bills from all over the place for services and tests that I never authorised or asked for even after I told them I was self pay and specifically asked if there would be any additonal charges and was told no . Very dishonest , I will not ever go back there .

The times I dealt with shanna bellamy I felt very discriminates against in addition to being misdiagnosed I feel this incompetent nurse is a danger. She misdiagnosed me with anxieety during some nausea dizzy spells i had and latter upon getting a second opinion I found out I had a major heart problem and a blockage in an artery. Also prior to this i had an instance were i told her I had smoked marijuana and she instead of treating me for my issue decided to tell me she was going to urine teat me and if I was positive she would have ro stop treating me because it was against her policies. I felt she had violated my trust and had brought her personal biased into her medical career and used it against me. I could have died because of the way she handled my situations I would never recommend her to anyone
