Choosing Shana Forsman and NCHS for my primary care team is probably the best health care decision I've ever made; I've never felt more cared for or about by a provider! She's a great communicator, has patience and compassion, and explains things very well. Really appreciate that biggest concerns have been handled quickly and followed up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
