An overall extremely rude person. She periodically fills my prescriptions and every time I have to talk to her, she always finds a way to be the most condescending person I talk to on that day.

I first had a session with Natasha Porter who was leaving the company. They tried to charge me for a session they said I missed after she left. The women in billing or at front desk ended up waiving the copay for the "missed session" after I advised I did not have a second session scheduled. I asked how to pay the bill and was half provided with information to go online with no direction of how to pay. I paid the bill and scheduled an appointment with Jain, Shalini. When I first spoke with her she was very short with me, cold and kept speaking over me. I continued to speak to her because I did not want to reschedule or locate another Dr. Our session was for 1 hr. Our second session was two weeks after. When she called for the 2nd session I was ready to speak to her for a hour. She only asked how I was doing on the medication that she refilled for me from my first session with Natasha Porter. The call lasted for 3 min. She did not ask me any more questions to get to know me or seem inte

Incredibly rude. She will interrupt you and if you have any feedback about previous medications she will not listen to it. Avoid this person at all costs.

My experience with Shalini was odd and somewhat uncomfortable. Despite disclosing right up front that I have a therapist, she made no attempt to contact him with regard to my care and coordinating medication changes. She also provided me with extensive unsolicited relationship advice when I mentioned that I was having some normal, non-scary issues in my relationship. I often found her tone somewhat patronizing and condescending, and more than once she'd interrupt a session to answer her personal phone. She also stared at her computer screen for the majority of my sessions so I got the sense that she was only half-listening to me. In terms of medication management, she seemed to be pretty flexible when working with me and trying out meds to control my mood disorders, but she grew noticeably irritated when I requested a diagnostic for ADHD. Her professional demeanor is lacking, and while I don't think she's the worst on the planet, I certainly won't be returning to her practice.

There's no option to give NO STARS!! I would if I could. Worst experience with ANY physician EVER! She interrupted me each time after asking me questions. She was very rude and never made eye contact after asking the questions. I actually left her office in middle of the appointment because I because I was over come with anxiety. I have NEVER done that in 51 years of going to doctors. It was just that unpleasant. It's so hard for me to believe that she is a Psychiatric field.

She listened and understood my issues.

This PA will see you most of the time instead of the doctor. She is condescending, has absolutely no bedside manner or compassion for the patient, and will order unnecessary tests. I have dealt with many physician assistants in my life and she is the absolute worst. The office staff do not seem to communicate with each other, let alone with you. Don't expect any kind of organization or efficiency. Please avoid at all costs.

She was very quick with the exam and a little rude. She gave me a bunch of medicines "in case" I got sick which was weird. She was basically giving me pills for sicknesses I didn't even have. The staff in the front office were also very unorganized and bad.
