This guy shouldn't be teaching deescalation techniques as he is quick to anger and has quite a temper. He is often verbally aggressive and seems to have his own mental health issues. I've seen many qualified therapists, bit this isn't one. I tend to have better luck with actual psychologists. Every MSW I've seen has been disappointing and this is yet another example.
