I am a mechanic and have had upper and lower back, and neck discomfort/pain for about a decade. Dr. Shelby knew exactly what my body needed. I felt immediate relief from day one. Just left from my 12th visit and my body hasnt felt this "fresh" since my late teens, early 20s. Highly recommended Dr. Shelby and Principled Chiropractic to EVERYONE!

I had an issue with my back and Dr. Shelby fixed it in a couple of visits. The experience overall has been amazing - very friendly atmosphere and care for patients are felt throughout the office. I would highly recommend going there if you require chiropractic treatment.

Very caring. Very expert at diagnosis of my problem. And his adjustments are very good. Dr. Teifke is his partner and he also worked on me. He really is good also. They both treat me now.
