Last week I visited North Shore ENT for the first time and was treated by Scott Roberts. He was professional, gentle and listened to what I had to say about the reason for my visit. I have a history of ear problems, and I was able to share my history—after he treated me. I felt well cared for. Since the ENT I have been seeing for over 10 years retired, I am looking to be established in a new practice. I will definitely return to North Shore ENT.
