Best Chiropractors
Very professional and clean office. Dr Fechter was very thorough in identifying the issues. I walked out of his office feeling great but he also explained that I would still have some pain and what to do. His description was perfect and I healed just as he expected I would.

Great help
I have received care and help from Dr Scott Fechter over the past 2 years. Not only did he accurately diagnosis that several other drs missed, but he provided services and a comprehensive plan to help get me back to full strength. The staff there is very kind and helpful as well. I have also had other family members receive great care there. I highly support and recommend Dr Scott Fechter and The Pain Relief Center in St Augustine, Florida.
