Condescending is an understatement
I am reading the reviews and I cannot believe all of the people that have the same reaction that I had. The SSA sent me to this piece of dung for a medical review. I am a two time combat veteran with PTSD and he asked questions after question without even letting me answer. He wrote nothing down and then told the SSA I was fine and able to work. Now, I am being sent back to the same office to see Sarah Howell. I am expecting much of the same.

The worst doctor I have ever seen!
I cannot believe that such a rude, condescending person is allowed to practice medicine. He spent maybe 5 minutes with me and rushed me out the door. He's not helpful in any way and it seems that his primary goal is to discredit his patients. I obtained my medical records and saw his notes about my visit and they are full of lies. He shows zero empathy and is only concerned about getting paid so he can turn around and do the same thing with the next patient. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Less Helpful than teets on a bull
Telehealth
he constantly interrupts, does't listen at all. and when someone with PTSD gets triggered he does absolutly nothing to help. He actually tries to make it worse. and when you ask for help he ends the call. serioiusly, the worst dr i have ever had to try and deal with. im willing to bet if i was suicidal he would have told me to go through with it.

This man is the absolute worst! My son was sent to him by social security, he was in there 5 minutes, no kidding, 5 minutes! My son is bipolar and suffers from anxiety and depression, has been hospitalized for the depression and this person put in his review that my son doesn't take any medication and that he doesn't have anxiety or depression and also stated he wasn't bipolar! This infuriates me, that he even dares to suggest that he knows anything about my son with spending only 5 minutes with him! He has no clue as to what my son lives with daily! Then this jerk has the audacity to put in his report that my son has a anti-social personality disorder , please tell me how he came up with this in 5 minutes? This man is a sad excuse for a doctor, and shouldn't be allowed within 100 feet of anyone experiencing any mental health issues!! Oh.. that 5 minutes included the wait time, when my son came out I thought the doctor wasn't there and he said I saw him and he ask afew questions but wouldn't let me reply or explain anything.

Scott Duncan is a disgrace to the medical profess
Unfortunately, my husband was referred to this condescending, aggressive and poor mannered man. We were 9 minutes late due to searching for his office that is not clearly shown once you arrive to the building. As my husband and my young son continued to look for Mr. Duncan's office, I went to our vehicle to see if our appointment letter had clearer directions, which it did not. I was on the phone calling the office for the 9th time with no answer each time, when my son comes running out of the building screaming, "Daddy needs you." As soon as I walked into the office I observed that Mr. Duncan was being extremely rude, aggressive and disrespectful to both my husband and then to me. He refused to see my husband even though we had driven over 2 hours for this appointment. My husband is disabled and suffers from extensive PTSD, anxiety, depression and chronic pain. Mr. Duncan refused to listen to me when I explained we were on time,

After reading the previous reviews I was trepidatious about my appointment w/ Dr. Duncan. However, I found his bedside manner to be professional and personable. I would recommend this Dr. to a friend.

Do not go and see this guy !! All he does is have you fill out 10 pages of paper work which takes about an hour . Then he calls you back to his office and asks quick questions and if you give him an answer that he doesn't like he gets angry. You are maybe talking to him at the most 12 minutes and you are done . All he does is rewrite what you have wrote down and twists the words around to make you look bad . He is very Unprofessional and if you suffer from anxiety or depression it will be 100 times worse after you see this guy . My rating really is a negative 100 !! I can't believe that this guy went to any kind of college or got a degree. Someone needs to investigate his credentials !!

No way! He is the worst "doctor" ever! Very rude and impatient, in too big a hurry to listen to his patients. Makes idiotic diagnoses after 10 minutes of seeing you. Rude, ignorant, impatient, uncaring, unprofessional. Do not go see him! A real jerk!

When I first got there he seemed nice enough. I suffer from major depressive disorder, anxiety and PTSD. I was a nervous wreck already. I spent probably 10 minutes in his office and I felt so rushed. I cried for days after that appointment. How can someone diagnose you in that short amount of time? I was never given the chance to finish my paperwork, even though I got there early. I have my 2nd appointment with him this afternoon. The other was a long time ago. Needless to say, I am already a nervous wreck. I have started taking notes on my own, because I know I will forget things, being rushed.

Dr. Duncan was gracious, professional & seemed to be good with children. He was very helpful & and friendly ....and that goes for the receptionist, Mary & the young girl that tested our child. (I’m sorry I don’t know her name.) Pleasant atmosphere & our visit was a breeze. (Don’t believe all of the negative reviews) I’m sure different people, have different reviews .....as for this family, it was a pleasant experience! I would definitely recommend him to family & friends!

Please don't go to this doctor if you're looking for a qualified, professional, and caring Doctor. I had to come to him for my SSI CE and I had one of the worst experiences ever. He doesn't seem to care about what you're saying at all and reads from a questionnaire he haves you fill out. He even tried to say I was lying about my hospitalizations then when he found my file he saw that I was telling the truth and said , Oh ok here it is.. No apology or anything. I just can't see why SSI needed a

I have never in my life experienced such a lack of professionalism on the part of any person that presents themselves as a service provider. This is a Class A JERK!! He has a predetermined agenda and becomes agitated at the slightest deviation from his intended course. I felt as I should be conducting therapy on him. From his demeanor and obvious lack of education in the field, I felt it necessary to question his credentials. He refused to provide them and abruptly ended the session.

My visit with Mr Duncan was in my personal opinion very unprofessionaol ,No questions was asked about my history,I felt very rushed so he could get to his next patient I thought that I would get more time to discuss my mental problems but I felt like I was being pushed out the door,He may have a good resume but he lacks when it comes to people skills.Remember everyone has an opinion I am just sharing mine.

I was sent to see Dr. Duncan for a disability psych evaluation and had a horrible experience. He told me something different than was stated on the letter with instructions from disability. He practically berated me for medication I am taking under the supervision of a doctor. He also, in the first three minutes of talking to me, diagnosed me with a problem I don't have. It is upsetting enough to have to go through the disability process without a person making you feel even worse about yourself

He is very unprofessional and seems to not listen to his patient when they are trying to speak. I was interrupted several times and was not given the opportunity to complete any sentences in full details. I definitely would not recommend at all.
