I am amazed to find Dr. Hopper's information as he provided me with exceptional psychotherapy assistance, and did so with a deep sense of understanding and of genuine heart....I have now been a psychotherapist for 42 years, since after completing my therapy sessions. I have returned to memories of Dr. Hopper numerous times a year, and have shared with a client or three a moment where I was describing something quite dreadful without registering any felt emotion - my only cue suddenly being Dr. Hopper's eyebrows, scrunched up and mirroring, empathically, the emotions that I was completely disconnected from in the moment. Many thanks to him, indeed!

I was a member of group therapy for a couple of years with 2 directors in St. Louis MO, and one of the directors was Dr. Hopper. I was always impressed with Dr. Hopper's professionalism, compassion, intelligence to understand the patient, the depth of his analysis, the clarity of his explanations and suggested course of actions to improve myself, and a sincere desire to help us. I miss his sessions and I wish him absolutely the best.
