I provided detailed symptoms of what turned out to be severe gall bladder disease. She not only provided no answers but put notes in my record that seemed to be describing another patient altogether. Four days later, I wound up in the ER with a subsequent emergency cholecystectomy and had to spend four days in the hospital, because the condition was so advanced. Had Ms. Troemel listened to my symptoms and referred me immediately to a gastroenterologist, it would have saved considerable pain and suffering. I would not recommend her to remove a splinter!

She is very helpful and listens to my concerns. She takes her time and is a very sincere provider.
