I am a mother with three young children under the age of five. I was on pain patch and pill for chronic pain from twisted ankle and swelling when my insurance changed and I started seeing Sarah. I told her I am sleepy during the day, I almost lost my job and sometimes the pain patch does not last 72 hours it comes off in bed/shower. She told me it can be deadly for young children if they get hold of the patch. She gave me a ton of information on alternative treatment and a referral for physical therapy. She told me "you are stronger than you give yourself credit for don't let the pain meds or pain take control of you" With her encouragement it helped me get off the powerful drugs although it took a while and I am not so sleepy anymore!

When my wife and I arrived for her appointment, the staff was nice and courteous. Not really personable, but nice. As soon as we got into a room and the medical assistants came in and asked us about injections. My wife has Lupus and connective tissue disease. Injections wouldn't help. We asked a few questions and they responded with "so you don't want the injections?" They also explained that the NP won't give her the amount of pain meds she needs because that's not what they do. Then the "Dr" comes in a lil later. We're trying to explain to her my wifes situation and she made it seem like my wifes a drug addict. And she told my wife that she wasnt going to give her her 30 day supply of meds. Maybe half, she said. Then when I questioned her about the diagnosis test for Lupus, she got up and said she wasnt going to argue with me about it. Really? Then she told me Google it myself so I can be informed. Really? Cash only is suspicious too. Find another place to go

Very busy office. In my opinion, Sarah is a nice person unless someone disagrees with her. Don’t dare question her. Sarah can be demeaning in her tone. If I were a doctor, I would fire her.
