Pre op visit
Dr Santiago explained my procedure to the lowest way possible. She diagrams the procedure and took her time to make sure that I understood what was going to happen. She is a great example of what the medical profession is about.

Very Personable, Friendly, and Thorough
She covered everything thoroughly and also asked if we had any questions. She does talk pretty fast. We enjoyed her taking the time.

Professional and reassuring pa
I came in because I feared that I had over done my PT exercises. As she examined my knee, she explained how she knew I was doing the right things to aid in the healing process. She was also concerned about my emotional state which I personally appreciated. I left with my fears allayed.
