If you just need to see someone for quick care, they may be able to help. I saw Sarah Reaves on April 11 for primary care, as my insurance stopped covering my primary care provider. One of my prescriptions require PA (prior authorization) and as of today May 13th, I still haven’t gotten my medicine. I have called numerous times to them, my pharmacy, and my provider and my medicine still hasn’t been approved. There also seems to be no one capable of doing anything if you call on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Sarah Reaves and her nurse don’t work on those three days and apparently there isn’t a nurse or physician’s assistant who is able to help. When I do speak with them it is to be told that it’s my insurance. However, no one will take the 5-10 minutes to actually speak to my insurance to address whatever the problem is. I have already made two office visits regarding this medicine and was told I needed to be seen a third time to get it straightened out. They are all very friendly, bu
