The first time I went here 4 years ago I was given Dr. Raley. She was very good. When I had my physical 2 years ago I was given S. Norris an APRN instead. Physicals she is fine with but anything further I was highly disappointed in. When I was diagnosed with gallstones after the ultrasound she ordered she referred me straight to a surgeon. Later I found out that I probably either should have been tested before to see if I was healthy enough for this surgery, or be referred to a gastroenterologist. Also I was never contacted the months after surgery to have a follow-up on my health. When I went in 4 months ago for numbness in my hands started by my placing my chin to my neck I was sent to get an x-ray of my neck BUT she did not get my B12 levels checked. Turns out this a major sign of B12 deficiency, along with other illnesses (Pinched nerve, MS for example). I was JUST diagnosed with SEVERE B12 deficiency a month ago by a blood work order
