I was seeing her for an evaluation for my child. I've been waiting over a month to get the results of testing. I have been calling at least once, but mostly twice a week since middle of December 2018. I just found out yesterday that she left the practice. She did not notify me she was leaving and has never returned any of my calls. Now I have to track her down for the results, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Very unprofessional, can be bias to other patients and very rude to my family please look some where else because honestly going to her was a mistake-
