After 9 years with this office in Berea KY, I needed catacts surgery with a local opthamologist but paid this office up front for the the office's share of the surgery process. For my last eye exam after surgery, a stressed assistant brought a 5 year old child into the room that was crying saying he might have a fever. Sarah brought him in and let him down to help manuever all the features of the chair I was sitting in and exam equipment while I was being examined. I was upset internally. When she was done and looking at the computer, he kept adjusting the chair with me in it. Then he told me repeatedly to get out, so I did. After the appointment, I ordered new lenses for an old pair of frames and paid up front for them again. I had used a credit card both times, was told they had to charge me an extra 20 dollar each time for using the credit card. But I paid. Then refusal to give me the glasses today till 50 dollar bill for exam I received this week was paid.

She was very thorough and explained everything.
