I have had multiple therapists in my lifetime and Sarah is the first person who has really helped me learn how to listen to myself and to be in the drivers seat of my own life. Her approach to therapy is so down to earth. I recommend her to literally everyone I know. She is so compassionate and genuinely just wants to help you be the best you you can be. Her biggest lesson for me has been learning to trust myself. I can tell she genuinely cares about her clients wellbeing.
