When I saw Dr. Ernst, she required the spouse to be there of course because after the 3 simple tests that were $500. Up front, there would be a lot more money required which we were prepared for... however, she required cash or the use of her recommended credit card because she would get a kick back. The apr was so high for her to get more money from the credit card in addition to all the money from what she charges. We pleaded to pay with our own credit card so that we wouldn’t have the additional charges and she said no. She was cold and clearly only cared about money. If we had known that, we would have never wasted our hard earned money. She was taking advantage of people that are sick, therefore desperate to feel better.

I signed up for the so-called "Ritz-Carlton of health care" (her words). Spent thousands of dollars. She had no trouble swiping my credit card, but later told me she was "hesitant" to take me on as a "client". I went to her for weight loss issues. I lost nothing but $$. My cholesterol went up (from being normal). I nearly fainted more than 3 times while on her program. They don't return phone calls until after several days. Email response is slow, even though I was told they have 24/7 support.
