Sarah is the best and most personable therapist I have ever worked with to help me learn and develop a daily training exercise program that has successfully abolished the majority of my pain. Not only has her personalized program she suggested relieved my pain, it has (and IS) making me feel totally stronger and more energetic. She listened to me carefully on my first visit and from that point on gave me "baby step" stretches and exercises that were designed for me specifically. I find myself exceeding the number of "sets" each week and feel so much better ... in fact better now than I felt BEFORE when I was in good shape. She has made a difference in my life and I highly recommend her to all. Sarah is a gentle, kind and caring person who gives 100% of her talents and attention to your concerns and adjusts her treatments to whatever you and she mutually feel are beneficial and practical protocols to help make recovery speedy and ... most of all ... successful !!!!!!
