In addition to waiting for almost 60 minutes to see Dr. Bement, she had the student who is shadowing you do the entire physical with the exception of the breast exam. When I asked her questions about my hormones, PCOS, and weight it was not taken seriously. She moved through the appointment very quickly and ended up deciding against a hormone check. I am not one to complain but I am very unhappy with how this appointment was handled. If I am charged for a regular visit having a student do the majority of the work, I am going to be upset and will be taking this case further.

This provider had never seen me before and didn't really know my history. I think she did a great job for not knowing me. She was very polite and showed compassion. I think I was at the end of a lot of my symptoms, or just wasn't having a lot of them at that time, so didn't really feel like she was getting the whole picture of how severe they were and could still get worse. She did, however, treat me with the absolutely correct meds.
