Awful. Incredibly butter and judgmental. Sarah first attacked me for wanting to buy a house that costs more than hers (her own words), because, as she said, "I can't even afford that." She then proceeded to tell me I have a "bad personality, bad energy, bad focus, bad concentration and bad engagement." She was so hostile that, following these "bad" remarks, my two-year-old son asked, "Mom, can we leave?" Sarah made no effort to meet me where I am without judgement. Sarah, whether whether realized it or not, described my Borderline Personality disorder when listing reasons she doesn't like me in our sessions!! She also claims to do CBT and DBT. As someone with BPD who would have benefited from those things, I can assure you, she attempted nothing of the sort. I don't believe that she knows it and she definitely doesn't practice it. I left her a full and detailed review on Google for her current location at West Sky Wellness in Linden. Some people really aren't cut out to be therapists.
