Insightful and Caring
Dr. Barwick is patient and a great listener. At first I just kind of wanted a sounding board for the issues I was struggling with, and she can certainly do that but I was also surprised to get insightful feedback that led me to face underlying issued that been influencing my decision making for years. She knows how to ask the right questions to helped me by giving honest feedback.

From a Veteran
Dr. Barwick met with me and even helped me with my VA disability. I finally got the rating that I had hoped for. She was very knowledgeable about the process. I was treated with respect and even when there were challenges in the process, she helped me get it done. I am so thankful to her and I've recommended her to other vets who are needing help.

Best Psychologist I've Had
I found Sarah through Sondermind and I was skeptical. I had tried therapy before and nothing really clicked with other therapists. I'm so glad I tried one more time. She was so supportive and down to earth right from the start. I felt heard and over time I started to believe in myself again. She's not like other docs who hand out worksheets and tell you stuff that you could google or find on social media. She's the real deal and you can tell she cares about.

Great for while, ghosted me
I had a great experience working with Dr. Barwick for a few months. She unfortunately ghosted me with no explanation or communication, which is clinical abandonment. I would recommend proceeding with caution.
