Aspire Medical Centers has closed down where she has worked building was bought out so they have closed! I am not sure how to find her now! She has been my nurse practitioner a long time! The people that bought the building want to rehire the medical staff that was there! That is what the man said that I talked to when I went to see why the phone would not pick up!

Saw her for several years and she drug tested me every month. Too bad she didn't pay attention to my PSA that went up 25% on her watch. Now waiting to see if I have cancer because she was more worried about getting in trouble than caring for patients
