Very disappointed. She had zero empathy for me as a patient and I think as a person. She did not listen to my concerns and ignored valid questions that may require additional testing or follow up. She really does seem to care less about helping patients find out what may be wrong.

Don't expect anything special. Works fast with little explanation. More empathy needed.

Exam table was not properly adjusted to my height 5'. Was told twice 'hop up on the table'.I recently had major abdominal surgery and climbed up with no help. Extremely difficult. Foot rest was not pulled out and my legs were dangling pulling on my abdominal incision. When asked for a mirror to see her response 'You don't need to see this' Denying patient involvement. Not careful as fluid seeped down in my crouch. Was not offered anything to clean. Was told 3X 'I have throwing up patients'
